Consider the upper half plane \(S =\mathbb R \times\mathbb R_+\) with the hyperbolic metric and the corresponding measure \(dxdy/y^2\). A special kind of the Wigner transform and the corresponding Weyl transform are introduced on the product \(S\times\mathbb R^2\) for study the boundedness property of these transforms. By using the Plancherel formula a certain operator \(\tau_{(x,y)}\) is defined. A convolution product, Wigner and Weyl transforms are established and studied. It is proved that the Weyl transform with symbol in \(L^p\) (\(p \in [1,2]\)) is compact, while when \(2<p<\infty\) the Weyl transform is not a bounded operator.
