Let \(E\) be an elliptic curve defined over \(\mathbb Q\). The cyclotomic Iwasawa theory of \(E\) at supersingular primes has been studied by \textit{S-I. Kobayashi} [Invent. Math. 152, No. 1, 1--36 (2003; Zbl 1047.11105)] and \textit{R. Pollack} [Duke Math. J. 118, No. 3, 523--558 (2003; Zbl 1074.11061)], who introduced plus/minus Selmer groups and plus/minus \(p\)-adic \(L\)-functions in this setting, respectively. The aim of this paper is to generalize these constructions to abelian varieties \(A\) defined over a totally real or CM number field \(F\) such that \(F\) is unramified at all primes above \(p\) and \(A\) has supersingular reduction at all primes above \(p\). Slightly more generally, the authors consider a motive \(\mathcal{M}\) defined over \(F\) with coefficients in \(\mathbb Q\) and Hodge-Tate weights in \(\left\{0, 1\right\}\) such that the \(p\)-adic realization of \(\mathcal{M}\) is crystalline, but non-ordinary at \(p\). Further technical hypotheses, however, essentially restrict to the case of abelian varieties. Under these hypotheses and based on ideas of \textit{F. Sprung} [J. Number Theory 132, No. 7, 1483--1506 (2012; Zbl 1284.11147)] the author define multi-signed Coleman maps such that Perrin-Riou's regulator maps factor through these Coleman maps. This allows the authors to define multi-signed \(p\)-adic \(L\)-functions and multi-signed Selmer groups, which conjecturally are co-torsion Iwasawa modules. The authors formulate a multi-signed main conjecture that is equivalent to the main conjecture of \textit{B. Perrin-Riou} [Astérisque. 229. Paris: Société Mathématique de France, (1995; Zbl 0845.11040)]. Using the theory of `Coleman adapted Kolyvagin systems' developed in an appendix, they verify one containment of the signed main conjecture and similarly for Perrin-Riou's main conjecture. This and the construction of the \(p\)-adic \(L\)-functions are, however, conditional on the validity of a certain `Explicit Reciprocity Conjecture' (Conjecture 3.11 of the paper). For further applications one may also consult the companion article [Proc. Lond. Math. Soc. (3) 111, No. 6, 1338--1378 (2015; Zbl 1405.11073)].
