The authors look for higher-order convergence rates (correctors) for the periodic homogenization of fully nonlinear uniformly parabolic Cauchy problems with rapidly oscillating initial data. Essentially, they construct higher-order initial layer and interior correctors to describe the oscillatory behavior near the initial and interior time zone of the domain. The approach is based on high regularity results available for both the macroscopic and microscopic problems as well as on a suitable iteration procedure. For Parts I and III, see [Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal. 219, No. 3, 1273--1304 (2016; Zbl 1337.35052); J. Differ. Equations 265, No. 10, 5384--5418 (2018; Zbl 1404.35025)].
