Hausdorff dimension of local level sets of Takagi's function (Q2342280)

The author investigates the local level sets \(L^{\mathrm{loc}} (x)\), \(x\in [0,1]\), of the Takagi function \[ T(x) := \sum_{n=0}^\infty \frac{\|2^n x\|}{2^n}, \] where \(\|x\| := \min\{|x-k| : k\in \mathbb{Z}\}\). The Hausdorff dimension for \(L^{\mathrm{loc}} (x)\), \(x\in [0,1]\), is derived and its range determined. Moreover, a lower bound for the Hausdorff dimension of \(\{x : L^{\mathrm{loc}} (x) = s\}\) is presented.
