The purpose of this paper is to study the regularizing effect of the spatially homogeneous Boltzmann equation with measure valued initial data. Some important functions are the characteristic function \(\Psi\) and the probability measure. Assume that \(f(t,v)\) is a unique solution to the Cauchy problem. Then under certain circumstances, there exists a \(T>0\) such that \(f(t,\cdot)\in H^{\infty}(\mathbb{R}^3),\forall 0<t\leq T\). The proof uses the Cauchy-Schwartz inequality and the Fourier transform.
