A class of cellular neural networks (CNN) with distributed delay is studied -- shunting inhibitory CNN. Sufficient conditions for the existence and exponential stability of anti-periodic solutions of such networks are obtained by the authors. The Lyapunov functional apparatus is applied for proving the main results. One example is provide in order to illustrate the obtained theoretical results.
