The author considers the \(n\)-body problem whose Hamiltonian can be considered as a function on a graph. He presents a method of combinatorial perturbation that allows us to distinguish between integrable and perturbational parts of the Hamiltonian and to obtain on this foundation some results in the spirit of the KAM theory. The main goal is to prove the existence of hyperbolic invariant tori for some classes of Hamiltonians. This is done under the condition that a pair of vortices have equal ``mass''. A condition under which the stable and unstable manifolds of mentioned tori intersect transversally is also presented.
