Harmonic morphisms between Riemannian manifolds are \(p\) mappings, which preserve the solutions of Laplace's equation. The \(p\)-harmonic morphisms are maps which pull-back (local) \(p\)-harmonic functions to (local) \(p\)-harmonic functions. A \(p\)-harmonic map is a critical point of the \(p\)-energy integral \(\frac 1p\int\|d \Phi\|^p\,dx\). A foliation \(V\) on a connected Riemannian manifold \((M,g)\) produces \(p\)-harmonic morphisms if each point of \(M\) has an open neighborhood \(O\) which is the domain of a submersive \(p\)-harmonic morphism \(\Phi:(O, g|_0)\to(N,h)\) whose fibres are open subsets of the leaves of \(V\). Contents of this paper: A criterion for a foliation locally generated by conformal vector fields to produce \(p\)-harmonic morphisms; horizontally conformal maps between Eudlidean spaces; \(p\)-harmonic morphism from Old; \(p\)-harmonic morphisms produced by Clifford systems; examples. The main purpose of this paper is Theorem 1: ``Let \(V\) be a conformal foliation on an \(m\)-dimensional Riemannian manifold \((M^m, g)\). Suppose that \(V\) is locally generated by conformal vector fields and let \(\mathcal H\) be its orthogonal complement. Then: (i) \(V\) produces \(m\)-harmonic morphisms if and only if trace \((\text{ad}^{\mathcal H}I)=0\); (ii) When \(p \notin\{m,\text{codim}\,V\}\), \(V\) produces \(p\)-harmonic morphisms if and only if the mean curvature of \(V\) is basic and the following relation holds: trace \((\text{ad}^{\mathcal H}I)=\frac{m-p}{n}g\text{(trace}^{\mathcal H}B,^{\mathcal H}I)\).'' Theorem 2: ``Let \(\varphi=(\varphi^1,\dots, \varphi^n):\mathbb{R}^m\to\mathbb{R}^n\) be homogeneous of degree \(K\). Suppose that \(\varphi\) is \(p\)-harmonic with dilation \(\lambda\varphi= c [(x^1)^2+\cdots+(x^m)^2]^{\frac{k-1}{2}}\). Then \(\Phi:\mathbb{R}^m \setminus\{0\}\to \mathbb{R}^n\) defined by \(\Phi(x):=\frac{\varphi(x)} {[(x^1)^2+\cdots+(x^m)^2]^k}\) is a \(\frac{2m+kp-p}{1+k}\)-harmonic morphism''.
