The specific tree-indexed dyadic model for a three dimensional turbulent fluids is studied in the paper. The dynamics of a fluid is described by the function \[ v(x,t)=\sum\limits_{j\in J}v_j(t)\psi_j(x),\quad t\geq 0,\quad x\in Q, \] where \(Q\) is a cube of \(\mathbb{R}^3\), \(J\) is a set of tree structure, \(\psi_j(x)\) is an orthonormal family of wavelets on a cube \(Q\). \[ J=\bigcup\limits_{n=0}^\infty\{1,2,\dots,8\}^n=\{\emptyset,1,2,\dots,8,(1,1),(1,2),\dots\}. \] The functions \(v_j(t)\) satisfy to the equations \[ \frac{d}{dt}v_j(t)=\sum\limits_{k,l\in J}C_{j,k,l}v_k(t)v_l(t),\quad j\in J, \] where \(C_{j,k,l}\) are the certain coefficients. The article discusses the physical meaning of the proposed model of the turbulent motion. The authors prove existence and uniqueness of the constant solution to the problem, the rich multifractal structure of this solution and the multifractality results for the anomalous dissipation of energy.
