\((3, q, r)\)-generations of Fischer's sporadic group \(\mathrm{Fi}^\prime_{24}\) (Q2414565)

A group is called \((l,m,n)\)-generated if it can be generated by two elements of order \(l\) and \(m\) such that their product has order \(n\). In the paper under review, the authors find all the \((3,q,r)\)-generations for the simple group \(F_{i_24'}\) where \(q\) and \(r\) are prime divisors of the group \(F_{i_24'}\), and \(3<q<r\).
