    Let \(\theta\) be a non-negative and non-decreasing function on \((0,\infty)\) satisfying \[\int_0^1\frac{\theta(t)}{t}\,dt<\infty. \] Then a measurable function \(K\) on \(\mathbb{R}^n\times\mathbb{R}^n\backslash\{(x,x): x\in\mathbb{R}^n\}\) is said to be a \(\theta\)-type Calderón-Zygmund kernel if there exists a positive constant \(C\) such that \[|K(x,y)|\le C|x-y|^{-n},\ \forall\ x\neq y, \] and \[|K(x_1,y)-K(x_2,y)|+|K(y,x_1)-K(y,x_2)|\le C\theta\left(\frac{|x_1-x_2|}{|x_1-y|}\right)|x_1-y|^{-n},\ \forall\ |x_1-y|\ge2|x_1-x_2|. \] It is said that a linear operator \(T_\theta\) is \(\theta\)-type Calderón--Zygmund operator, if (i) \(T_\theta\) can be extended to be a bounded linear operator on \(L^2(\mathbb{R}^n)\), (ii) there exists a \(\theta\)-type Calderón-Zygmund kernel \(K\) such that \[T_\theta f(x)=\int_{\mathbb{R}^n}K(x,y)f(y)\,dy, \ \forall f\in C^\infty_c(\mathbb{R}^n)\ \text{and}\ x\not\in\mathrm{supp}(f). \] In this article, the authors showed that \(\theta\)-type Calderón-Zygmund operators \(T_\theta\) and the corresponding commutators, generated by BMO functions or Lipschitz functions and \(T_\theta\), are bounded on the homogeneous Herz space \(\dot{K}^{\alpha,q(\cdot)}_{p(\cdot)}(\mathbb{R}^n)\) with variable exponents.
