Consider the analytic system \[ \dot{x}=Ax+F(x),\quad x\in\mathbb{R}^n, \tag{1} \] where \(F(x)=O(| x| ^2)\) is an analytic vector-valued function in \((\mathbb{R}^n,0)\). Let \(\lambda=(\lambda_1,\dots,\lambda_n)\) be the \(n\)-tuple eigenvalues of the matrix \(A\), \(\mathcal{M}_\lambda:=\{ m=(m_1,\dots,m_n);\; \langle m,\lambda \rangle=\sum_{i=1}^nm_i\lambda_i=0,\) \(m_i\in\mathbb{Z}_+,\; | m| \geq 1 \}\). \(R_\lambda\) is the rank of vectors in the set \(\mathcal{M}_\lambda\). The main result of the article is the following Theorem. Assume that the origin of system (1) is non-degenerate, i.e. no eigenvalues equal to zero, and that the matrix \(A\) is diagonalizable. Then the system (1) has \((n-1)\) local functionally independent analytic first integrals if and only if \(R_\lambda=n-1\), and system (1) is analytically equivalent to its distinguished normal form \[ \dot{y}_i=\lambda_iy_i(1+g(y)),\quad i=1,\dots,n \] by an analytic normalization, where \(g(y)\), without constant terms, is an analytic function of \(y^m\) with \(m\in\mathcal{M}_\lambda\) and \((m_1,\dots,m_n)=1\), i.e. there is no common factor. Also theorems on existence of an analytic normalization and on the embedding flow of an analytic integrable diffeomorphism are proved.
