This is the second of three papers by the authors developing the theory of the Martin boundary for fine domains, that is, sets which are open and connected with respect to the coarsest topology on \(\mathbb{R}^{n}\) for which all superharmonic functions are continuous. In classical Martin boundary theory it is important for the study of the minimal fine topology to consider sweeping on subsets of the compactified space; that is, the sets may contain Martin boundary points. The purpose of the present paper is to develop a corresponding theory of sweeping for the Martin boundary of a fine domain, this latter notion having been introduced in the prequel [\textit{M. El Kadiri} and \textit{B. Fuglede}, Potential Anal. 44, No. 1, 1--25 (2016; Zbl 1338.31016)]. A key result in the present paper is an integral representation for swept functions. The authors also show that two different natural approaches to defining the sweeping lead to the same answer. Some of these results will be used in the third paper of the series, which concerns the Dirichlet problem at the Martin boundary of a fine domain.
