Wiener criteria for existence of large solutions of nonlinear parabolic equations with absorption in a non-cylindrical domain (Q2634285)

The aim of this paper is to study the problem of existence of large solutions to some nonlinear parabolic equations with superlinear absorption. The authors extend Labutin's result to such a kind of parabolic equation. Thanks to this extension, they obtain a necessary condition and a sufficient condition, both expressed in terms of Wiener-type tests involving the parabolic capacity, for the existence of large solutions in a non-cylindrical domain. By the previous result, the authors derive a sufficient condition for the existence of a large solution of a class of viscous parabolic Hamilton-Jacobi equations.
