Three-dimensional axisymmetric Navier-Stokes equations are studied. The main result of the paper is that if solution \(v\) satisfies an estimate of the type \(|v|\leq c\frac{(\log|\log r|)^\alpha}{r}\) with some small \(\alpha\) (\(\alpha\leq 0.028\)) then \(v\) is regular. This extension of results previously known for \(v\sim\frac{c}{r}\) singularities involve a delicate estimate of the fundamental solution of a parabolic equation with a singular drift.
