    The authors establish the stability of small \(BV\) solutions in the wider class of all weak solutions satisfying the single entropy condition and the strong trace property. This result implies the uniqueness of a small \(BV\) entropic solution without any restrictions usually settled in previous papers (like \textit{tame oscillation condition} or \textit{bounded variation condition}).
