Let \(\mathbb{H}^{n}\) denote the Heisenberg group and \(\Lambda=\{\varphi_{j}:j\in\mathbb{N}\}\) be a countable family of functions in \(L^{2}(\mathbb{H}^{n})\) such that the principal shift invariant space \(V(\varphi_{i})\) is orthogonal to \(V(\varphi_{j})\) whenever \(i\neq j\). Let \(E(\Lambda)\) denote the collection of left-translates by integers of mutually orthogonal generators \(\varphi_{j}\) in \(L^{2}(\mathbb{H}^{n})\). A necessary and sufficient condition is obtained for two Bessel sequences \(E(\Lambda)\) and \(E(\Lambda^{\dotplus})\) such that \(E(\Lambda^{\dotplus})\) becomes an oblique dual of \(E(\Lambda)\). Under certain additional assumptions, it is proved that the canonical dual frame is only oblique dual which has the same structure as that of \(E(\Lambda)\).
