A (linear) boundary optimal control problem is treated here in the context of the periodic homogenization framework. The controls are acting periodically on the oscillating boundary, the non-oscillating part of the domain boundary being controls-free. A particularly innovative ingredient here is the use of the periodic unfolding concept. Interestingly, the limit optimal control problem incorporates three different kinds of controls: a distributed control, a boundary control, as well as an interface control.
