Let \(G\) be a compact connected Lie group with an involutive automorphism \(\sigma: \;G\longrightarrow G\), \(\widetilde G\) be the Lie group of fixed points of \(\sigma\), and let \(G/K\) be a homogeneous space of \(G\) which is an orbit of the adjoint representation of \(G\). The paper presents a sufficient condition for the complete integrability in the Liouville sense of the geodesic flow of the \(\widetilde G\)-Riemannian metric on \(\widetilde G/(\widetilde G\cap K)\) which is induced by the bi-invariant Riemannian metric on \(\widetilde G\). Note that the integrals constructed in this paper are real analytic functions, and are polynomials in momenta. The sufficient condition is algebraic and could be realized for \(G\) to be the unitary group \(\mathrm{U}(n)\) and \(\sigma\) is the complex conjugation.
