The author study problems of integer's representations by definite integral quadratic forms. It is well known that the necessary condition of the existence of such representations is the existence of local representations over \(\mathbb{Z}p\) for every prime \(p\). However, this condition is not sufficient. In the case of sufficiency of the condition, the form is called regular. Also it is known that there are only finitely many equivalence classes of primitive positive definite integral ternary quadratic forms. The present paper considers special Hermitian lattices, namely, primitive regular positive definite integral ternary Hermitian lattices and studies finiteness of the lattices. The main result of the paper studies strict regularity and proves that over a fixed imaginary quadratic field, there are only finitely many isometry classes of primitive positive definite integral ternary Hermitian lattices that are strictly regular.
