    The main result is an extension of some results of \textit{E. Bedford} and \textit{S. I. Pinchuk} [Russ. Acad. Sci., Sb., Math. 82, No. 1, 1--20 (1995); translation from Mat. Sb. 185, No. 5, 3--26 (1994; Zbl 0847.32023)] and \textit{H. Gaussier} [Mich. Math. J. 44, No. 2, 375--388 (1997; Zbl 0889.32032)]. More specifically, the autors prove that, if \(\Omega\subseteq{\mathbb C}^{n+1}\) is a smooth pseudoconvex domain, \(p\in\partial\Omega\) is an \(h\)-extendible point of Catlin multi-type \((1,m_1,\dots,m_n)\), and there exist a point \(q\in\Omega\) and a sequence \(\{f_j\}_{j\geq 1}\) in \(\text{Aut}\,(\Omega)\) with \(f_j(q)\to p\) non-tangentially in a cone region as \(j\to\infty\), then there exists a \((1/m_1,\dots,1/m_n)\)-homogeneous polynomial \(P\) without pluriharmonic terms such that \(\Omega\) is biholomorphically equivalent to \(\{(w,z)\in{\mathbb C}\times{\mathbb C}^n\mid \text{Re}\,w+P(z)<0\}\).
