The paper is mostly qualitative and comprises a number of preliminary statements and conjectures concerning certain simple probabilistic models of a gas in dimensions one and three. Major conceptual inputs come from so-called Maslov's thermodynamics, as formulated in [\textit{V. P. Maslov}, Math. Notes 89, No. 5, 706--711 (2011; Zbl 1252.82014)]. Affinities and differences with the so-called asymmetric simple exclusion process (ASEP) are underlined. The major feature of interest in this framework is that, contrary to the classical Boltzmann's thermodynamics, in the present case the appearence of clusters (here identified with Bose condensates) is allowed. Instead of a classical thermodynamical entropy notion, a disorder measure (patterned after Kolmogorov's complexity notion) is introduced to quantify an organization/disorder level of a gas as a function of its density.
