The authors propose a new formulation of the Langevin model for the dynamics of charged particles in a fully ionized plasma. The research will be directed to solve dynamic problems of thermonuclear fusion plants of the future. The description is given only in general lines. The main goal is to develop and to tudy the motion of separate particles in electromagnetic fields, including the effects of a random Coulomb force, calculated by a three-dimensional collision operator. The hope is -- as claimed by the authors in this very short report -- that the plasma behaviour will be described by a system of stochastic differential equations (of the Langevin type) to be solved by versions of Monte Carlo algorithms on computers, the architectures of which are based on central processors and graphic accelerators. This report is not so rich in details, rather it affords the comparison of the advantages of the new procedure, based on the construction of a new generation of super-computers.
