    The authors consider the impulsive boundary value problem with Dirichlet boundary conditions and \(p\)-Laplacian \[ \begin{aligned} &-\!(\varphi_p(u'(x)))' - \lambda \varphi_p(u(x)) = f(x) \quad \text{a.e. }x \in (0,1),\\ &-\!\triangle \varphi_p(u'(t_j)) = I_j(u(t_j)), \quad j=1,\ldots,r, \\ &u(0) = u(1) = 0, \end{aligned} \] where \(p > 1\), \(\varphi_p(x) = |x|^{p-2}x\) for \(x \neq 0\), \(\varphi_p(0) = 0\), \(0 < t_1 < \ldots < t_r < 1\), \(r\in N\), \(\lambda \in\mathbb R\), \(I_j :\mathbb R \to \mathbb R\), \(j=1,\ldots,p\) and \(f : [0,T]\times \mathbb R \to \mathbb R\), \(\triangle u(t) = u(t+) - u(t-)\). Using variational methods, the existence of at least one solution for the resonant case is proved.
