The authors study a perturbed nonconvex sweeping process with a state-dependent moving set governed by the differential inclusion \[ \begin{gathered} \dot{u}(t) \in -N_{C(t,u(t))}(u(t))+G(t,u(t))\text{ a.e. on }[0,T],\\ u(t) \in C(t,u(t))\text{ for all }t\in [ 0,T],\\ u(0) =u_{0}\in C(0,u_{0})\end{gathered} \] in an infinite dimensional Hilbert space \(H\), where \(N_{S}(\cdot )\) represents the normal cone to the set \(S\), \(C:[0,T]\times H\rightarrow 2^{H}\) and \(G:[0,T]\times H\rightarrow 2^{H}\). \ Existence of a Lipschitz solution is proven under the assumptions that the values of \(C\) are closed and prox-regular (but not necessarily convex), \(C\) satisfies a Lipschitz-type condition and maps \([0,T]\times \)bounded sets into relatively ball compact sets, the values of \(G\) are closed and convex, and \(G\) satisfies an upper semicontinuity-type condition and a boundedness condition. The authors adapt the approach of \textit{C. Castaing} et al. [J. Nonlinear Convex Anal. 10, No. 1, 1--20 (2009; Zbl 1185.34017)]. \ An extended version of the Schauder fixed point theorem from \textit{A. Idzik} [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 104, No. 3, 779--784 (1988; Zbl 0691.47046)] is used to construct a sequence of absolutely continuous functions which has a subsequence that converges pointwise to a solution. A global existence theorem and corollaries are also given. The authors give a detailed review of the history and literature of sweeping processes, noting that the study of sweeping processes with a state-dependent moving set was initiated fairly recently [\textit{M. Kunze} and \textit{M. D. P. Monteiro Marques}, Topol. Methods Nonlinear Anal. 12, No. 1, 179--191 (1998; Zbl 0923.34018)].
