An \(A\)-module \(M\) is said to be \textit{periodic} if \(M \simeq \Omega^n_A(M)\) for some \(n \geq 1\), where \(\Omega_A\) is the syzygy operator. A \(K\)-algebra \(A\) is said to be periodic if it is a periodic module over its enveloping algebra \(A^e := A^{\text{op}} \otimes_K A\). An algebra \(A\) is \textit{tame} if for every positive integer \(d\), all but finitely many indecomposable \(d\)-dimensional \(A\)-modules can be parametrized by finitely many families depending each on one \(K\)-parameter. A tame algebra is of \textit{polynomial growth} if the number of such families is bounded by \(d^m\) for some positive integer \(m\). This paper provides a complete classification of all periodic representation-infinite tame algebras of polynomial growth.
