In this work, the authors deal with positive semidefinite kernels, valued in the \(\ast\)-algebra of adjointable operators on a vector Euclidean space, that are invariant under actions of \(\ast\)-semigroups, and prove a general dilation theorem. For these kind of kernels, they obtain representations of the \(\ast\)-semigroup on either the vector Euclidean spaces of linearisation of the kernels or on their reproducing kernel vector Euclidean spaces. Also, they show that the general theorem unifies many dilation results at the non-topological level.
