In this paper, the authors consider the existence of solutions for a \((k, n-k)\) conjugate boundary-value problem at resonance, which takes the form: \[ \begin{cases} (-1)^{n-k}\varphi^{(n)}(x)= f(x,\varphi(x),\varphi'(x),\dots,\varphi^{(n-1)}(x)),\quad x\in[0,1],\\ \varphi^{(i)}(0)=\varphi^{(j)}(1)=0,\quad 1\leq i\leq k-1, 1\leq j\leq n-k-1,\\ \varphi(0)=\int_0^1\varphi (x)d A(x),\quad \varphi(1)=\int_0^1\varphi(x)dB(x). \end{cases} \] By using Mawhin's continuation theorem, the authors obtain at least one solution under suitable conditions. An example is presented to illustrate their new results. This paper deals with the case \(\dim\ker L = 2\), which is rarely seen in the existing literatures.
