The authors prove the existence and uniqueness of solutions of the following delayed differential equation \[ y'= A(t)y+ f(t) + g(t,y(t-\tau)) \] with \(\tau > 0\), under several assumptions on \(A, f\) and \(g\). The assumptions on \(A\) and \(f\) are related to the almost automorphic behaviour and the assumptions on \(g\) are mainly related to a Lipschitz requirement. Using ergodicity, exponential dichotomy and Bi-almost automorphicity on the homogeneous part, sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of automorphic solutions are given.
