On approximately additive functions (Q541254)

Let \(E\) be a real linear and \(F\) be a real Banach space, let \(C\subseteq F\) be convex and \(K\subseteq F\) be an additive subgroup. The author considers functions \(h\colon E\to F\) satisfying \[ h(x+y)-h(x)-h(y)\in K+C\text{ for all }x,y\in E \] and investigates situations for which this condition implies the existence of some additive function \(A: E\to F\) such that \(h(x)-A(x)\in K+C\) for all \(x\in E\).
