The authors consider Fourier integral operators, \[ \text{Op}_{\varphi}(a)f(x)= \iint a(x,y,\xi) f(y)e^{i\varphi(x,y,\xi)} dy\,d\xi, \] with amplitudes \(a\) belonging to weighted modulation spaces \(M_{\omega}^{p,q}\) and more general coorbit spaces of Feichtinger-Gröchenig. They prove results about the existence of unique extensions to bounded operators between spaces \(M_{\omega}^p=M_{\omega}^{p,p}\). Furthermore, sufficient conditions are given for the operators to belong to a given Schatten-von Neumann class. The non-weighted case, \(a\in M^{p,q}=M_{1}^{p,p}\), was studied in Part I [Ark. Mat. 47, No. 2, 295--312 (2009; Zbl 1177.47042)]. Theorem~2.1 of the paper under review extends a result of \textit{A. Boulkhemair} [Math. Res. Lett. 4, No. 1, 53--67 (1997; Zbl 0905.35103)] which gave \(L^2\)-continuity for amplitudes belonging to the Sjöstrand algebra \(S_w=M^{\infty,1}\). The phase function \(\varphi\) is assumed to satisfy a non-degeneracy condition as in Boulkhemair's work.
