A finite semigroup \(S\) is structurally uniform if any two subsemigroups, the heights of which in the poset of all subsemigroups are equal, must be isomorphic to each other. Since any finite nilsemigroup of cardinality \(n\) has an ideal of cardinality \(m\) for each \(1 \leq m \leq n\), the author has earlier noted that for such semigroups, structural uniformity is equivalent to the property that its subsemigroups are isomorphic if and only if they have the same cardinality. Let \(\mathrm{ND}_i\) denote the class of all such semigroups in which the maximum nilpotency index is \(i\). In previous work [Ukr. Math. J. 68, No. 5, 689--706 (2016; Zbl 1498.20141); translation from Ukr. Mat. Zh. 68, No. 5, 610--624 (2016); Ukr. Math. J. 70, No. 8, 1237--1251 (2019; Zbl 1499.20138); translation from Ukr. Mat. Zh. 70, No. 8, 1072--1084 (2018)], the author has (1) shown that \(i \leq 4\); (2) determined the members of \(\mathrm{ND}_2\); and (3) determined the commutative members of \(\mathrm{ND}(_3\) and \(\mathrm{ND}_4\). Here, the classification is completed by finding the noncommutative members of \(\mathrm{ND}_3\) and by showing that the members of \(\mathrm{ND}_4\) are necessarily commutative. The result comprises a list of eight infinite families, together with two five-element and one six-element semigroups.
