Based on author's abstract: Let \(f:R\longrightarrow A\) be a homomorphism of rings, and let \((\mathcal{F},\mathcal{C})\) be a hereditary complete cotorsion pair in the category of \(R\)-modules. The paper under review consider the cotorsion pair \((\mathcal{F}_A,\mathcal{C}_A)\) induced along the homomorphism \(f\) in the category of \(A\)-modules. If the \(\mathcal{F}\)-resolution dimension of every \(R\)-module is finite and \(\mathcal{F}\) is preserved by Hom\(_R(A,-)\), then the objects in the class \(\mathcal{C}_A\) are direct summands of left \(A\)-modules finitely filtered by modules induced from the objects of \(\mathcal{C}\). The result is also generalized to the case when \(\mathcal{F}\) is closed under countable products and is preserved by Hom\(_R(A,-)\). The paper includes a dual version of Bongartz-Ringel Lemma [\textit{C. M. Ringel}, Math. Z. 208, No. 2, 209--224 (1992; Zbl 0725.16011)] and a generalized version of Bongartz-Ringel Lemma, along which the author discussed the \(n\)-cotilting and \(n\)-tilting cotorsion pairs. Some applications of the main results to the contraderived and coderived categories of curved DG-modules are included as well.
