The Brunn-Minkowski inequality states that volume in \(\mathbb{R}^n\) is \(1/n\)-concave with respect to the Minkowski sum; it has been generalized in many ways. In this paper, volume and surface area are weighted by measures with appropriate log-concavity properties, such as the familiar Gaussian measure from probability theory, and several interesting generalizations of results from Brunn-Minkowski theory are obtained.
