The authors consider the following Sturm-Liouville problem \((m\geq 1)\): \[ -y''(x)+q(x)y(x)=\lambda y(x), \ \ \ x\in(0,a_{1})\cup...\cup (a_{m},\pi) \] with periodic boundary conditions \[ y(0)=y(\pi), \ \ \ y'(0)=y'(\pi) \] and with the jump conditions \((i=\overline{1,m}),\) \[ y(a_{i}+0)=\beta_{i}y(a_{i}-0), \ \ \ y'(a_{i}+0)=\beta_{i}^{-1}y'(a_{i}-0)+d_{i}y(a_{i}-0), \] where \(\lambda\) is the spectral parameter, \(q(x)\) is a real valued function in \(L^{2}(0,\pi)\), \(\beta_{i},\) \(a_{i}\), \(d_{i}\) are real, \(\beta_{i}>0\) and \(0<a_{1}<a_{2}<...<a_{m}<\pi.\) The inverse problem for the considered Sturm-Liouville operator is studied and the uniqueness theorem by two spectra and the sign sets is proved. Finally, the reconstruction algorithm is given.
