For any \(\theta\) with \(|\theta|>1\) it is known that \(\limsup\limits_{N\to\infty} \frac{ND_N(\theta^kx)}{\sqrt{2N\log\log N}} =\Sigma_{\theta}\) for almost every \(x\). Values of \(\Sigma_{\theta}\) are known for many \(\theta\). For example, if \(\theta^k\not\in\mathbb{Q}\) for all natural \(k\), we have \(\Sigma_{\theta}=\frac{1}{2}\). Currently the last open case is \(\theta=\frac{p}{q}\) and one of the numbers \(p,q\) is even. For some numbers of such type in [Part I,\textit{K. Fukuyama} et al., Acta Math. Hung. 155, No. 2, 416--430 (2018; Zbl 1413.11090); \textit{K. Fukuyama} and \textit{M. Yamashita}, Monatsh. Math. 180, No. 4, 731--742 (2016; Zbl 1345.11059)] the formula for \(\Sigma_{\frac{p}{q}}\) was proved. In this paper author describe all \(\frac{p}{q}\) such that \(\Sigma_{\frac{p}{q}}\) can be calculated using this formula.
