Let \(V\) denote a discrete valuation domain with finite residue field, \(K\) denote its quotient field, and \(\text{Int}(V) = \{ f \in K[X] \mid f(V) \subseteq V \}\) the ring of integer-valued polynomials on \(V\). Supposing that \(K\) admits a further valuation ring \(W\), which is independent from \(V\) and whose maximal ideal is principal or whose residue field is finite, the authors prove the following result: given any positive integers \(n_1, n_2, \dots, n_k \ge 2\), there exists a polynomial \(H \in \text{Int}(V)\) which has precisely \(k\) essentially different factorizations into irreducible elements of \(\text{Int}(V)\), whose lengths are \(n_1, n_2, \dots, n_k\), respectively. For the proof, the further valuation ring \(W\) is needed to construct suitable irreducible polynomials in Lemmas 3.3 and 3.4. In Section 4 a ``combinatorial toolbox'' is set up, and finally a previous result of the second author, \textit{S. Nakato} and \textit{R. Rissner} [J. Algebra 528, 231--249 (2019; Zbl 1419.13002)] is used.
