      Let \(f\) be a homeomorphism on a compact metric space \(X\), \(\sigma \in X \times (0,1)\), and \(K\) be a compact subset of \(X \times (0,1)\). The singular suspension \(\phi^{f,K}\) of \(f\) (with respect to \(K\)) is singular topologically stable if for every \(\varepsilon >0\), there exists \(\delta >0\) such that for any homeomorphism \(g: X \rightarrow X\) with \(d_{C^0}(f,g)< \delta\), there are a continuous \(\varepsilon\)-isometry \(H: X^g \rightarrow X^f\) and a singular set \(K_g \subset X \times (0,1)\) satisfying \[ K_g \subset B(K,\varepsilon) \hbox{ and } H(\hbox{orbit of }\phi^{g,K_g}) \subset (\hbox{orbit of }\phi^{f,K}). \] The author first shows that if \(f\) is topologically stable then \(\phi^{f,K}\) is singular topologically stable for every compact set \(K \subset X \times (0,1)\). Moreover, various types of expansiveness are studied for singular suspension flows. More precisely, the author proves that if \(f\) is expansive then its singular suspension \(\phi^{f,\sigma}\) (with respect to $\sigma$) is both \(k^*\)-expansive and rescaling expansive for every \(\sigma \in X \times (0,1)\).
