The Stoker Conjecture asserts that two hyperbolic polyhedra with the same \(1\)-skeleton and the same dihedral angles are isometric. In this paper, the author proposes a more tractable and seemingly weaker version of this conjecture, and proves that this version is equivalent to the original Stoker Conjecture. \textbf{Weak Stoker Conjecture:} Let \(P_1\) and \(P_2\) be two polyhedra with \(1\)-skeleton \(\Gamma\) and the same dihedral angle at each corresponding edge. Then \(P_1\) and \(P_2\) have the same volume. The author also proves that the Weak Stoker Conjecture, and hence the Stoker Conjecture, is a consequence of the Volume Conjecture for hyperbolic polyhedra below that he proposed in an earlier work. \textbf{Volume Conjecture for Hyperbolic Polyhedra:} Let \(P\) be a proper polyhedron with dihedral angles \(\alpha_1,\dots,\alpha_m\) at the edges \(e_1,\dots,e_m,\) and \(1\)-skeleton \(\Gamma.\) Let \(col_r\) be a sequence of \(r\)-admissible colorings of the edges of \(\Gamma\) such that \[ 2\pi\lim_{r\to+\infty}\frac{col_r(e_i)}{r}=\pi-\alpha_i. \] Then \[ \lim_{r\to+\infty}\frac{\pi}{r}\log\Big|Y_r(S^3,\Gamma,col_r,e^{{2\pi i}/{r}})\Big|=\mathrm{Vol}(P), \] where \(Y_r(S^3,\Gamma,col_r,e^{{2\pi i}/{r}})\) is the \(r\)-th Yokota invariant of the colored graph \((\Gamma, col_r)\) in \(S^3\) evaluated at the root of unity \(e^{2\pi i/r}.\) This is one of the few examples where ideas from quantum topology shed light on the solution of a purely geometric problem.
