The \(\tau\)-twisted Laplacian is defined as \[ L_{\tau}=-\frac 12 (Z_{\tau} \bar Z_{\tau}+\bar Z_{\tau} Z_{\tau}), \] where \[ \begin{aligned} z_{\tau}&=\tau xi(1-\tau)y,\\ Z_{\tau}&=\frac \partial {\partial z} +\bar z_{\tau},\\ \tau Z_{\tau}&=\frac \partial {\partial \bar z} - z_{\tau}. \end{aligned} \] In this paper, the author discusses the relationship of the \(\tau\)-Weyl transform with the ordinary Weyl transform and gives a formula for the \(\tau\)-Fourier-Wigner transforms of Hermite functions. From these, the heat kernel for each \(\tau\)-twisted Laplacian is computed. As an application, an explicit formula for the Green function is described.
