In this paper, the authors study the global stability and large time behaviour of compressible viscoelastic fluid solutions in a periodic domain. The model used is Oldroyd-B, and the authors focus on the system containing the Navier-Stokes equation with the stress equation in a periodic domain. They study the global well-posedness and large time behaviour of the solution near the non-vacuum equilibrium in the Sobolev framework. What distinguishes this study from previous ones is that the coupling constant \(\omega\) we consider is not small and therefore the problem is more complicated. In order to achieve a complete proof of the desired results, there are three main stages that need to be passed through: 1- Energy estimation 2- Density dispersion 3- Bootstrap proof
