This is a probabilistic counterpart of recent nonuniqueness results for the weak solutions of the three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations. The authors consider Navier-Stokes equations driven by additive stochastic noise described by Wiener processes. They prove results of two kinds. First, existence of infinite number of probabilistically strong and analytically weak solutions with an (almost surely) divergence free initial condition independent of the driving stochastic process. As a consequence, nonuniqueness in law for each given initial law supported on \(L^2\) divergence free velocities follows. Second, nonuniqueness of Markov families associated to the Navier-Stokes equations (and obtained through a selection procedure) is proved, and -- as a consequence -- nonuniqueness of semiflow solutions for the deterministic Navier-Stokes system. Similarly to constructions showing existence of many weak solutions which do not satisfy additional relations on ``physical'' dissipation of energy, they are derived using a powerful method of convex integration.
