The indefinite zeta function was introduced by the author of this paper in [Res. Math. Sci. 8, No. 1, Paper No. 17, 34 p. (2021; Zbl 1470.11058)]. Recall that they are generalised zeta functions associated with indefinite quadratic forms of signature \((g-1,1)\), particularly, to complex symmetric matrices whose imaginary part has signature \((g-1,1)\), and defined in terms of the Mellin transforms of indefinite theta functions in the sense of Zwegers. In this paper, the author obtains a Kronecker limit formulas for the values of such indefinite zeta function at \(s = 1\) or \(s = 0\) and a dimension \(g = 2\). These formulas can be used to compute values of Hecke \(L\)-functions at \(s = 1\) or \(s = 0\) relevant to the Stark conjectures.
