Let \(R\) be a ring, and \(N\geq 2\). In this paper, the authors prove that any deconstructible class \(\mathcal{F}\) of right \(R\)-modules induces two coreflective subcategories of the homotopy category \(\mathcal{K}_{N}(R)\) of unbounded \(N\)-complexes of right \(R\)-modules: the subcategory \(\mathcal{K}_{N}(\mathcal{F})\) whose objects are all \(N\)-complexes with components in \(\mathcal{F}\); and the subcategory \(\mathcal{A}_{N}(\mathcal{F})\) whose objects are the \(N\)-acyclic complexes with components in \(\mathcal{F}\). They further show that for any decomposable class \(\mathcal{G}\) of right \(R\)-modules, the homotopy category \(\mathcal{K}_{N}(\mathcal{G})\) of \(N\)-complexes with components in \(\mathcal{G}\) is well generated. In particular, the homotopy category of \(N\)-complexes of projective right \(R\)-modules is \(\aleph_{1}\)-generated, which extends a well-known result of Neeman for \(N = 2\).
