This article is a continuation of the authors' paper [Enumer. Comb. Appl. 2, No. 3, Article ID S2R20, 21 p. (2022; Zbl 1512.05027)]. In a well generated complex reflection group \(W\) of rank \(n\), an element \(g \in W\) is a quasi-Coxeter element if there exists a length-\(n\) reflection factorization \(t_{1}\cdot \ldots \cdot t_{n}=g\) whose factors \(t_{i}\) generate \(W\). A quasi-Coxeter element of a parabolic subgroup of \(W\) is a parabolic quasi-Coxeter element of \(W\). In the paper under review, the authors characterize parabolic quasi-Coxeter elements in multiple ways, and they study two combinatorial objects associated with them: the collections \(\mathrm{Red}_{W}(g)\) of reduced reflection factorizations of \(g\) and \(\mathrm{RGS}(W, g)\) of relative generating sets of \(g\). They compute the cardinalities of these sets for large families of parabolic quasi-Coxeter elements and, in particular, they relate \(|\mathrm{Red}_{W}(g)|\) with geometric invariants of Frobenius manifolds.
