The geometry of sub-Riemannian spaces has been studied extensively in the past three decades, and many celebrated works are posed, for instance, existence of geodesics (normal, singular), the characteristics of horizontal connections, minimal surfaces, Pansu's conjecture in \(H^n\), etc. This paper poses the length dilation structures on sub-Riemannian spaces to study the related differential geometric properties, and gives an intrinsic, synthetic, axiomatic description of sub-Riemannian geometry. This study can be regarded as a contribution to sub-Riemannian geometry.
