      The authors consider the system \[ \frac{d u_1}{dt}=p_1(t)|u_2|^{\lambda_1} \text{sgn}( u_2) + q_1(t,u_1,u_2),\quad \frac{d u_2}{dt}=p_2(t)|u_1|^{\lambda_2} \text{sgn}( u_1) + q_2(t,u_1,u_2) \] in the half-linear case, that is, when \[ \lambda_1>0, \quad \lambda_1\neq 1, \quad \lambda_1 \lambda_2 =1. \] They present sufficient conditions for the solvability of the above system subject to one of the following non-local boundary conditions \[ \int_{a}^{a_0} u_1(s) d\alpha_1(s) = \gamma_1(u_1,u_2), \quad \int_{b_0}^{b} u_1(s) d\alpha_2(s) = \gamma_2(u_1,u_2), \] and \[ \int_{a}^{a_0} u_1(s) d\alpha_1(s) = \gamma_1(u_1,u_2), \quad \int_{b_0}^{b} u_2(s) d\alpha_2(s) = \gamma_2(u_1,u_2), \] and show that some of the conditions they assume cannot been weakened.
