The authors show that when \(X\) is a facet symmetric smooth symplectic toric Fano manifold, then for any toric symplectic form \(\omega\), the small quantum cohomology \(QH^{0}(X,\omega)\) is semisimple over the field \(\mathbb{K}^{\uparrow}\) of generalized Laurent series which is defined as \[ \mathbb{K}^{\uparrow}=\{ \sum_{\lambda\in \mathbb{R}} a_{\lambda}s^{\lambda} | a_{\lambda}\in \mathbb{C} \mathrm{ and } \{ \lambda | a_{\lambda}\neq 0 \} \mathrm{ is discrete and bounded below in } \mathbb{R} \}. \]
