In close relation to a question of \textit{J.-P. Serre} [Centre Belge Rech. math., Colloque fonctions plusieurs variables, Bruxelles du 11 au 14 mars 1953, 57--68 (1953; Zbl 0053.05302)], \textit{G. Coeuré} and \textit{J.-J. Loeb} [Ann. Math. (2) 122, 329--334 (1985; Zbl 0585.32030)] produced the first (counter)example of a non-Stein holomorphic fiber bundle with a Stein base and a Stein bounded domain as fiber. The fiber in their construction is a bounded Reinhardt domain of dimension two. Subsequently, \textit{P. Pflug} and \textit{W. Zwonek} [Ann. Inst. Fourier 54, No. 1, 129--147 (2004; Zbl 1080.32016)], then \textit{K. Oeljeklaus} and the reviewer [Bull. Soc. Math. Fr. 134, No. 4, 451--473 (2006; Zbl 1134.32005)], and the reviewer [Math. Ann. 341, No. 4, 717--733 (2008; Zbl 1145.32004)] gave classification results on the bounded Reinhardt fibers that can appear in such a counterexample. The article under review contains a similar classification result for unbounded Reinhardt domains in dimension two. Roughly speaking, the proof consists in dividing the domains according to their automorphism groups and then treating each case separately. The author uses many ideas coming from previous works on the Serre problem, and also brings new ideas where required.
