This paper deals with spectral and regularity results in modulation spaces. Il is well known that the standard symplectic structure on \(\mathbb R^n*\mathbb R^n\) leads to the usual Weyl calculus. In this work, the authors endow \(\mathbb R^n*\mathbb R^n\) with an arbitrary symplectic structure and introduce a pseudo-differential calculus on operators. After some recalls about Weyl calculus and the link with non commutative quantum mechanis and deformation quantization, the authors prove that their operators are intertwined with the standard Weyl operators using an infinite family of partial isometries. They thus succeed in obtaining spectral and regularity results. These results are explicitely given using Shubin's symbol classes and Feichtinger's modulation spaces. The possibility to explore the connections between symbol classes and non commutative harmonic analysis with the tools of this paper is also mentionned.
